Thank you for your interest in an Acting Career Consultation or Coaching Session with Jen at JD Acting Consultant. By scheduling and paying for a session, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Services
I provide one-on-one online Acting Career Strategy Sessions and Coaching conducted via Zoom. Sessions are available in either:
* 30-minute session
* 60-minute session
These sessions are intended to provide personalized career guidance, strategy, industry insight, and professional feedback for actors.
These services are educational and consultative in nature. Booking a session does not guarantee auditions, representation, employment, or any specific career outcome.
Recording
Sessions may not be recorded, reproduced, distributed, or shared without my prior written consent.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.
Appointments are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
Refund Policy
All session fees are non-refundable. By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you are reserving a specific appointment time that is held exclusively for you.
Cancellation Policy
Because appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client, all sales are final.
No-shows and same-day cancellations will forfeit the full session fee.
If I am unable to conduct a scheduled session due to booked work, audition, illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, you will have the option to reschedule your session at no additional cost or receive a full refund.
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their appointment by providing at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled session.
Requests to reschedule made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled, subject to availability and payment of a $25 rescheduling fee.
Rescheduling requests are not guaranteed and are based on appointment availability.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will still conclude at its originally scheduled end time so that subsequent appointments are not affected.
The full session fee will still apply regardless of the amount of time remaining.
Technical Requirements
Clients are responsible for having a reliable internet connection, a working device, and access to Zoom at the scheduled appointment time.
If technical difficulties occur on the client’s end that prevent the session from taking place, the session will be considered completed unless otherwise determined at my sole discretion.
If technical difficulties occur on my end, we will reschedule your session at no additional cost.
Professional Conduct
Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner during all communications and sessions. Harassment, abusive language, threats, discrimination, inappropriate conduct, or disruptive behavior may result in the immediate termination of a session without refund and may result in refusal of future services.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
If you have any concerns regarding your appointment or payment, please contact me directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions prior to completing your purchase. You understand that this is a scheduled professional consulting service and agree to the cancellation, refund, and rescheduling policies described above.
Right to Refuse Service
I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services to any individual at my sole discretion for any lawful reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, harassment, abusive communication, repeated violations of these Terms & Conditions, or conduct that interferes with my ability to provide services in a professional manner.
If service is refused before a scheduled session takes place, any refund determination will be made at my sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law.
Limitation of Services
Acting Career Consultations provide professional guidance and educational information only.
These services do not constitute legal, financial, mental health, or talent representation services.
No guarantees are made regarding career advancement, auditions, bookings, representation, or other professional outcomes.
Clients remain solely responsible for all career, financial, and professional decisions they make based on information discussed during a consultation.
Privacy
Your personal information will only be used for scheduling, communication, and providing consulting services. Payment information is securely processed by third-party payment providers and is never stored by me.
